Sue Dopson is the Rhodes Trust Professor of Organisational Behaviour and the Associate Dean at the Oxford Saïd Business School and a trustee of the Society for the Study of Health Organisations (SHOC).
Sue's research involvements lie principally in the area of networks in healthcare, implementation of innovation, transformational change, personal and organisational dimensions of leadership and leadership coaching practice. Sue is an Accredited Coach with the Association of Coaching.
She has written and edited many major works on transformational change and knowledge exchange in the public and healthcare sectors and her research has informed and influenced policy and practice communities.
She currently represents the University of Oxford as Non-Executive Director of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Before pursuing a research and academic career, Sue worked as a personnel manager in the NHS.
