Book for graduation
To book for a graduation ceremony, complete the details in the form below. If you wish to graduate in absentia, please select 'in absence' from the preferred date menu, and you will be added to the list for the next ceremony.
You will be allocated a maximum of 3 guest tickets for the Sheldonian Theatre. If you wish to invite more guests to lunch, please write this in the 'special requirements' box. It will not always be possible to accommodate extra guests for lunch because of space limitations.
If you have any special requirements, for example dietary restrictions or particular seating arrangements in the Sheldonian Theatre because of a disability, please let us know in the 'special requirements' box below, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements in advance.
