College Life
Green Templeton's academic focus on studies that have a real-world impact translate into a diverse student body with a wide range of backgrounds and interests. It has quickly gained a reputation as the most vibrant and supportive graduate college in Oxford, with excellent facilities, a friendly and supportive community and a lively social life.
Facilities on site include libraries for management, medicine and social sciences, computer rooms, and tennis courts, a squash court and gym.
College societies include a book club, wine society and an informal choir. There is also an active boat club with a shared college boathouse at Longbridges, as well as active College teams in football, rugby, cricket and basketball.
The GCR oversees and organises social events, provides welfare support and activities, runs the Stables Bar, coordinates sports teams, societies and charity activities and represents students on matters of College governance.
