Clinical teaching
The College has an established programme of in-house medical seminars and tutorials specifically for its clinical medical students, presented by the Fellows of the College. They cover a wide range of topics which recently have included medical ethics, infectious disease, medical imaging, medical history, and a host of other subject areas.
Some seminars are primarily intended for medical students, whilst others are held jointly with research students or the University's History of Medicine Unit (with which GTC has a close connection).
Tutorial support from the College will include bedside teaching sessions and revision classes.
Every medical student at GTC has a College Adviser who is clinically qualified.
