Forthcoming GTC degree days
Morning ceremonies take place at 11am, and afternoon ceremonies at 2.30pm.
A celebratory breakfast or light lunch will be provided at the College for graduands and up to three guests before each ceremony. Three guest tickets for the ceremony are available per graduand.
Book a graduation ceremony (FORMER STUDENTS ONLY).
Do not use this form if you are a current student. You will be invited to book a ceremony date by the Degree Conferrals Office in the November preceding the completion of your programme (or following leave to supplicate for research students). You should use the details in the e-mail invitation to book your place.
2013
GTC's ceremonies in May and June 2013 are fully booked and have long waiting lists. However you may still graduate in absence at these ceremonies. Ceremonies from July 2013
Former students may ask to be added to the waiting list for one of the following ceremonies in 2013 and 2014. Current students due to complete this academic year have had the opportunity to book places, and restricted spaces are now available to former students on a first come, first served basis. You are advised not to make travel plans until you have received confirmation of your place.
