Parking

Students

No student parking is permitted on the College site. Pay and display parking is available on Woodstock Road, outside the main gate, and in nearby roads. (Roadside parking is free between 6.30pm and 8am.)

Details about parking charges in Woodstock Road and neighbouring streets can be found on the Oxfordshire County Council website here.

Residents’ parking is allowed at the St Margaret’s Road annexes: students who park in St Margaret's Road should provide their vehicle details to the Lodge. Residents’ parking permits may be purchased from the City Council for on-road parking at St Margaret’s Road and Observatory Street.

A limited number of residents’ parking spaces is available at Rewley Abbey Court. An annual fee of £500 is chargeable and parking permits will be issued. Entrance to and exit from the RAC car park is barrier-controlled. Further details about parking at RAC are available from the Accommodation Officer. Staff

Staff may park in the on-site car park on a 'first come, first served' basis. Priority will be given to staff members with special needs or disabilties. Staff queries should be addressed to the HR Manager: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Parking permits will be issued and must be displayed at all times.

Fellows

It is regretted that no Fellows’ parking is available during the day.

General

At weekends there will be no restrictions in use.

All users must identify themselves to the duty porter before the gates will be opened remotely by the Lodge.

GTC reserves the right to ban any person from the car park who is found to have infringed these rules.

The Principal or Dean will take any further action necessary to deal with persistent offenders against these rules.

GTC does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents parked in the college car park.

Changes of vehicles must be notified to the Lodge immediately so that re-registration may take place.
