No student parking is permitted on the main College site.
Pay and display parking is available on Woodstock Road, outside the main entrance gate, and on surrounding roads: up-to-date information about on-street parking charges may be found on Oxfordshire County Council’s website here.
Residents’ parking permits for on-street parking may be purchased from Oxford City Council by students occupying houses on Observatory Street.
The College offers a very limited amount of residents' parking at Rewley Abbey Court and at some St Margaret’s Road properties at a rate of £25 per calendar month (payable in advance to GTC). A refundable deposit of £200 (payable to GTC) is also required for barrier access to GTC's Rewley Abbey Court accommodation.
Availability is on a 'first come, first served' basis and vehicles must display the appropriate College-issued permit at all times.
There is no access to parking for accommodation at 13 Norham Gardens other than the limited amount of residents' parking at St Margaret's Road properties, as outlined above.
Temporary visitor spaces are available at 5 St Margaret’s Road.

Staff may park in the on-site car park on a 'first come, first served' basis. Priority will be given to staff members with special needs or disabilities. Staff queries should be addressed to the HR Manager: firstname.lastname@example.org. Parking permits will be issued and must be displayed at all times.
During standard office hours it may be possible for fellows to reserve a space if they are on official College business although it not guaranteed that one will be available.
The Lodge should be contacted in the first instance in advance of arriving at College.
Fellows may park outside standard office hours if space is available and parking is not reserved for a special event.
From July 2015, entry from Woodstock Road through Gate 7 is controlled by barriers for which entry permits will be required.
All Fellows will, therefore, need to request a temporary permit from the Porters' Lodge if they wish to park in the College car park. The temporary permit will be valid for that day only and must be returned to the Lodge immediately after parking the vehicle.
A temporary permit is not needed to exit the barrier.
Exceptionally cars maybe left in College car parks overnight at the discretion of the Estates or Domestic Bursar: written permission should be obtained prior to the event.
GTC reserves the right to ban any person from the car park who is found to have infringed these rules.
The Bursar will take any further action necessary to deal with persistent offenders against these rules.
GTC does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents parked in the College car park.
Changes of vehicles must be notified to the Lodge immediately so that re-registration may take place.
