As Oxford's liveliest graduate-only college, Green Templeton hosts a busy calendar of academic and social events and activities in the iconic 18th century Radcliffe Observatory and surrounding buildings.
These wide-ranging activities form an essential part of life at GTC and College members are encouraged to make the most of the resources on offer.
We are also delighted to offer access to our facilities to external clients for hosting meetings or to groups wishing to experience private dining at an Oxford college.

Situated to the north of the city on the Woodstock Road, Green Templeton is conveniently located a short walk from the city centre and bus and train stations. More information on our location here.
Making a booking
Green Templeton has two on-site rooms available to book for lectures and meetings; the E P Abraham Lecture Theatre (seats 80) and the Barclay Room (seats 30). Our main dining room within the beautiful Grade I listed Observatory, can accommodate up to 60 diners. An adjacent room is available for smaller dinners of up to 12 people. The two rooms may be combined to provide seating for 72 diners.
Anyone wishing to book a room for a meeting, event or dinner should email email@example.com with a proposed date and the exact nature of the proposed event; including timings, numbers of expected participants and AV requirements. Please note the Process for Booking College Events.
All requests for the booking of meeting rooms will be considered by the Conference & Events Manager and if the requested space is free, a booking form will be sent to the organiser to confirm arrangements and charges.
Located ten minutes from Green Templeton's main site, the Osler-McGovern Centre at 13 Norham Gardens is a unique space to hold a conference for up to 40 people. More information about 13 Norham Gardens here.
