Students are invited to join an Observatory Tower Tour, which usually take place every Thursday during term time at 7.30pm.
All tours must be booked by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. On booking a tour students should indicate whether they are attending the dinner that evening.
Only those students with a confirmation email and a signed consent form will be allowed to participate. Both confirmation and signed consent form should be handed in before the tour commences.
There are 11 spaces on each tour and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Tours will start from the first floor landing.
NB. The tour guide has the right to refuse access on grounds of health and safety. Students not in appropriate footwear (no flip flops or high heels) will not be allowed to participate.
Drinks may not be taken into the tower - those attending dinner should collect their pre-dinner drink from the Common Room after they have visited the tower.
Tours will start when all those due to attend are present or at 7.40pm, whichever is sooner. Those arriving once the tour has started will not be permitted to join the group and effectively forfeit their place.
