GTC Photography Competition 2011-2012: A Day in the Life of Green Templeton
The winner of the Green Templeton Photography Competition 2011-2012 is postgraduate student Rasmus Hagen (MSc Social Sciences) for his striking portrait of fellow student and GCR President Ouleye Ndoye.
The theme of this year's competition was 'A Day in the Life of Green Templeton College'. Taken in the Common Room in the Radcliffe Observatory, Rasmus's photograph captures a quiet moment in the busy daily life of GTC.
The runner-up prize was awarded jointly to two entries: Kerry Mauchline (DPhil Social Policy and Intervention) won for her entry entitled 'To The Boathouse', and Rasmus Hagen for his second entry 'The Porters' Lodge'.
Rasmus received a cash prize of £100, with £50 for Kerry as the runner up. Both photographs will be published in the GTC Magazine 2012.
