Click and Collect Lunch Service (from 12 April)
The Click and Collect Lunch Service resumed on Monday 12 April. Bookings are now open.
Although there will be no seating in the dining room at this time, the Common Room remains a bookable space for student households in Green Templeton’s onsite accommodation. Additional casual seating will be provided in a marquee on the lawn in front of the Observatory on a first come, first served basis.
The cut-off for ordering lunch will be 12:00 one working day prior to your booking (except for Monday lunches, which will be 12:00 on Friday) and collection will be from 12:00 to 13:45 in pre-booked 15-minute time slots.
Students wishing to order food for friends/family may do so and guest bookings are now available on our meal bookings site. However, due to government guidelines surrounding the rule of six applying outdoors only, we are requesting that only the lead booker enters the dining room to collect the orders.
Student Click and Collect Dinners (from 20 April)

We will be adding two Student Click and Collect Dinners on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18:30-20:00 beginning on April 20. This is open to students and their guests only and will comprise of a pre-ordered two-course (main and pudding) meal with the option to add an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink.
Students will have the option to book a standard set meal and add an alcoholic or soft drink in advance. At the point of booking you are requested to add any dietary requirements. The kitchen team will then ensure a suitable meal is catered for your dietary requirements.
As with lunch service the Common Room will remain a bookable space for GTC accommodation households and additional casual seating will be provided in a marquee on the lawns in front of the Observatory on a first come, first served basis. Please adhere to room capacity signage, timeslots and social distancing. The cut-off for ordering dinner will be 12:00, three working days prior to your booking. Collection will be from 18:30-20:00 in pre-booked 15-minute time slots.
To book lunch and/or dinners at Green Templeton please visit the meal bookings website. To use the Green Templeton Meal Booking System you need a university email account (SSO) and an account on the college battels system. If you are a college member and are having an issue booking online please contact the College Finance Department with your university card number and SSO username. In the meantime, to order meals please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Booking meals without Single Sign On (SSO)
If you are a member that does not have a single sign on (SSO) issued by the university or college (Associate Member, Common Room Members, alumni etc), please fill in this form and send to the Food and Beverage Manager: email@example.com. You will be asked to pay for your meal by credit card on collection. Please note we have no cash facilities in the dining room.
Self-Isolation Meal Support
The college is committed to assisting students who are following current government guidelines for self-isolation including those who are isolating following arrival to the UK. Should you require any assistance with meal delivery whilst isolating please email our Food and Beverage Manager Harriet at firstname.lastname@example.org.
