Green Templeton will be participating in Oxford Open Doors 2019, welcoming members of the public to the college on Sunday 15 September.

Visitors will have the opportunity to visit the 18th century Radcliffe Observatory, the present-day Radcliffe Meteorological Station, and the beautiful college gardens.

Sir William Osler’s former residence at 13 Norham Gardens will also be open, with guided tours of Sir William Osler’s Library and Consulting Room in the former home to Regius Professors of Medicine.

Oxford Open Doors is now in its 12th year and one of the most successful Heritage Open Day events in the country.

In 2018, more than 106,000 visits were recorded across 150 venues and events, with 80 per cent of visitors surveyed local to Oxford and Oxfordshire.

This year’s theme is ‘Made in Oxford’ and the event will also be celebrating 25 years of the national Heritage Open Days scheme.
