Open Doors at the Radcliffe Observatory

Green Templeton welcomed over 600 visitors on Sunday 14 September as part of the annual celebration organised by Oxford Preservation Trust.

Members of the public had opportunity to step inside the beautiful eighteenth-century Radcliffe Observatory to discover its history and find out about the Radcliffe Observatory Campaign: Preserving the Past | Inspiring the Future.

The college once again showcased its connection to the field of astronomy by partnering with the Oxford Astrophysics. Visitors have had the opportunity to explore the universe through hands-on activities and demonstrations, as well as exhibits on exoplanets and the solar system. There were plenty of family-friendly activities to enjoy and discover!
