The Coaching Programme

  • Do you want to enhance your personal and professional development?
  • Do you face questions or challenges you would like to explore?
  • Would you like some help unlocking your full potential?

If you would like to work individually with a qualified coach in a confidential environment to answer these and/or other questions you might be facing, then please consider joining the Green Templeton College Coaching Programme.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a process of guided conversations to help a coachee [client or student] be better able to do what they want to do e.g. improve skills and capabilities, make the best of yourself and your opportunities in relation to your current circumstances, explore issues or challenges, consider new action plans or approaches to concerns. The coach helps you achieve these aims by encouraging reflection, enabling insights and exploring possibilities with you. This powerful process is highly sought after by top executives.

The programme has been underway in the college for the past eight years with great success. All students at Green Templeton are eligible to join during their time in Oxford. MBA students are encouraged to join the Saïd Business School coaching programme.

The Green Templeton programme begins in October / November each year and runs through until July the following year, with scheduling determined individually between student and coach.

The Coaching Programme at Green Templeton is led by Kirsten Jellard. Kirsten is an Associate Fellow of Green Templeton College and the Lead Coach on the GTC Coaching Programme. She is an Association of Coaching accredited coach and a member of the Oxford Coaching Community at the Said Business School.
