MSc Computer Science
After completing my B.Tech degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, in 2018, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Data Science, National University of Singapore, for a year. I will be starting my Master’s degree in Computer Science at Green Templeton College from fall 2019.
I am deeply drawn to the idea of multi-disciplinary research. I have done extensive research and have a diverse background in machine learning – starting from data analysis, training deep learning model, making predictions and recommendations, publishing my research and deploying it for end users.
My broad objective is to work on healthcare, especially focusing on big data analytics and computer vision. I am always curious to explore ways to obtain and analyse data (of any kind – images, signals, text, graphs), and want to do groundbreaking research geared towards building novel applications in the domain of healthcare.
At Green Templeton, an international graduate community at the heart of the University of Oxford, focusing on health and medicine, and social sciences, I hope to fulfil my objective in doing cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence for healthcare.
