My name is Kayo, and I am a DPhil student in Biochemistry (Academic Futures Scholar).

My academic background includes: a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Portsmouth, an MRes in Molecular and Cellular Biosciences from Imperial College London, and a summer-long Erasmus+ project at the University of Naples Federico II in Italy.

Professionally, I have held various roles in and around translational science, namely with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Amazon.
