Meeting Minds: Alumni Weekends 2017

From Friday 15 September 2017
To Sunday 17 September 2017

Join us in September across three days of stimulating talks, tours, tastings and performances.

General booking is now open. Booking closes 11 September 2017.

Pay as you go:
All talks and tours are just £10* each so pop along for a couple of hours or join us for the whole weekend.

Introduce your family and friends to Oxford:
You can bring up to three non-alumni guests to the Weekend.

Inspirational alumni speakers:
Hear from Lionel Barber (St Edmund Hall, 1974), Editor of the Financial Times, on fake news; Helen King (St Anne's, 1983), former police officer and Principal of St Anne's College, on why policing matters and many more.

Cutting-edge research:
How do we mend broken human organs? How can humans and wildlife live together peaceably? What happens when we ignore our circadian rhythms? How are we still linked to the Reformation? The answers to all these questions and more will be discussed by expert Oxford researchers.

Tours and activities:
Explore the Oxford of CS Lewis and Tolkien, try hand-press printing at the Bodleian or join a bat walk in Wytham Woods. Our range of guided tours offer the opportunity to see the city from a different perspective and see behind the scenes at Oxford's museums and libraries. These popular sessions always sell out quickly so book early.
