Do you want to improve your skills or capabilities?
Do you face challenges you would like to explore?
Would you like some help unlocking your full potential?
Would you like to work individually with a qualified coach in a confidential environment to answers these and/or other questions you might be facing?

If yes, then current Green Templeton students should consider joining the Coaching Programme. Before enrolling on the programme you must attend one of the information sessions. If you cannot make any of these sessions but are interested in applying for the programme then please contact Yoland Johnson, the administrator for the coaching programme, as soon as possible at yoland.johnson@gtc.ox.ac.uk

What is coaching? Coaching is a process of guided conversations to help a coachee [client or student] be better able to do what they want to do e.g. improve your skills and capabilities, make the best of yourself and your opportunities in relation to your current circumstances, explore issues or challenges, consider new action plans or approaches to concerns. The coach helps you achieve these aims by encouraging reflection, enabling insights and exploring possibilities with you. This powerful process is highly sought after by top executives. The programme has been underway in the college for the past 8 years with great success. All students in college are eligible to join the programme during their time in Oxford. The programme begins in October this year and runs through until July the following year, with scheduling determined individually between student and coach.
