Dr Emily Morris
Dr Emily Morris is a Joan and Richard Doll Fellow at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford. She is an Internal Medicine Trainee at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, with clinical and academic interests in peri-operative medicine and cardiology.
An alumna of Green Templeton, Emily studied medicine at the University of Oxford and previously held an Academic Foundation Programme post in the Thames Valley. During this time, she received the Nautilus Academic Award and a Medical Sciences Division Teaching Excellence Award.
Emilyβs research has focused on home blood pressure monitoring, virtual emergency department triage tools and intentional weight loss in heart failure. She was previously a Teaching Associate at Green Templeton and now serves as the Resident Doctor Representative on the British Cardiovascular Society Women in Cardiology Committee.
Emily is passionate about widening participation and supporting medical students interested in academic careers.
