Dr Keith Ruddle is an Emeritus Fellow of Green Templeton College and a former Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School. He joined Templeton College at Oxford in 1993 after 18 years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), latterly as the Partner leading the UK’s Strategic Consulting practice.  His doctoral research while at Oxford was on the Leadership of Transformational Change and he took a leading role on Oxford’s Executive Education work at both Templeton and Said Business School until finally retiring in 2020. As well as serving on a number of private and charity Boards, he has acted as an adviser to a range of corporate clients, the public sector and central Government – which included a secondment to the UK Cabinet Office.

Keith has lived in Chipping Norton since 1992 and has taken an active role in the town and the wider local community, including chairing the Chipping Norton Theatre Trust, working with local Health Boards, and acting as a member of Oxfordshire’s Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee. Since 1999, with his wife Jill Thorley and other volunteers, he has helped run Chipping Norton’s community newspaper – for which both he and Jill were awarded the BEM in the 2026 New Year’s Honours. Keith has an MA in Engineering from Cambridge, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a DPhil from Oxford.
