Dr Richard Cuthbertson

Dr Richard Cuthbertson is a Governing Body Fellow and Secretary to Governing Body of Green Templeton College, and a member of Finance and Investment Committee. He is a Senior Research Fellow and Director of the Oxford Institute of Retail Management, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Research area:

Richard’s research focuses on the interactions between customers, suppliers, and consumer service firms, as well as their influence on society and economic development.

Richard was a Fellow of the Finland Distinguished Professor Programme (2015-2017), awarded Emerald Literati Network Award for Excellence (2010), and Pegasus Prize for eBusiness Future Insights (2006).
