Green Templeton joins Oxford Foundry’s All-Innovate Idea Competition
Green Templeton College is taking part in the inaugural All-Innovate Idea Competition, which invites students from across the University of Oxford to pitch their best entrepreneurial ideas for the chance to win £10,000.
The competition has been organised by The Oxford Foundry and is the University’s first-ever inter-college idea competition, open to all current students regardless of their course or discipline.
Students are encouraged to pitch their entrepreneurial ideas for the chance to win a top prize of £10,000 and two Highly Commended prizes of £5,000 each.
Applications will open on 23 January 2019.

How students can take part
Green Templeton students who have a great idea and want to take part should contact Naomi Benson for more information on how to apply and what they need to do. Applications must be made through the college.
In the meantime, keep an eye out for Oxford Foundry workshops that have been designed to help participants build on their entrepreneurial skills and support the development of their ideas.
You can find details of the pre-competition workshops here.
How alumni can get involved
Green Templeton alumni can also get involved in All-Innovate by signing up as a mentor or a judge. As mentors, alumni can provide expertise and guidance to college teams, while judges can help shortlist the applications. Any alumni who’d like to take part can contact Naomi Benson for more information.
The process
Applications for the competition will open in the new year and, following the deadline, Green Templeton will shortlist two applications to submit to The Oxford Foundry.
The Oxford Foundry will then choose 20 teams from across the shortlisted University entries to attend a one-day bootcamp, where they’ll be advised by experts and mentors. From this, ten teams will be chosen to attend a five-day bootcamp for additional support and guidance before pitching at the grand finale.
