Professor Andrew H. Van de Ven to give Richard Normann Lecture 2019
Professor Andrew H. Van de Ven from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota will give the Richard Normann Lecture 2019.
This year’s talk, titled Processes of organizational innovation and change stimulated by Richard Normann, takes place at Green Templeton College on Wednesday 13 November at 18:00.

Professor Andrew H. Van de Van will give the Richard Normann Lecture 2019
Van de Ven, who is Professor Emeritus at the Carlson School, will review some of the seminal ideas of Richard Normann that stimulated subsequent theory and practice of organizational innovation and change.
These ideas include temporal processes of change, knowledge development, growth stages, social learning, entrepreneurial leadership, and situational organizing.
The Richard Normann Lecture, held annually in Michaelmas term, is a collaborative initiative between Green Templeton and NormannPartners AB, honouring the life and work of the late Richard Normann.
Normann was one of the most profound and sophisticated management thinkers of our time, and the lectures aim to extend his work by furthering insights into strategy, business innovation and change, value co-production, and the service economy.
