Scholarships for Graduate Entry Medics
Green Templeton College offers four places per year to students on the four-year Accelerated Medical Course for science graduates. The college is able to offer a Graduate Entry Medical Bursary of £1,000 to its 2025 intake of graduate entry medical students to assist with the cost of their fees.
Awards and Prizes
Beiko Green Templeton elective award
£1,000. For final-year clinical medics undertaking an elective in ophthalmology. Eligible students will be notified as and when this prize will be run.
OMPHI O&G elective award
£1,000. For final-year clinical medics undertaking an elective in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Eligible students will be notified as and when this prize will be run.
Liz O’Brien Prize
For the Green Templeton graduate entry medical student who achieves the highest mark in the clinical part of their first-year examination.
Fees and Funding Advice for Medics
A guide to Fees and Funding for new medical students joining in 2025-26 has been created by Green Templeton College and can now be accessed via the intranet (if you have SSO access) or requested by emailing student.admin@gtc.ox.ac.uk.
A guide for current on-course medics can also be accessed via the intranet and provides information on sources of financial assistance for unexpected financial difficulties, as well as a variety of organisations offering funds, awards, prizes and competitions.
