Amlaan Parida

MSc in Clinical and Therapeutic Neuroscience, 2024

Hi, I am Amlaan! I graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 2024 with Cell Biology, Neuroscience, and Cognitive Science degrees. As an undergraduate, I pursued my passion for research by exploring the roles of chronic stress-induced motivation deficits in depression.

I am excited to continue my journey in the MSc in Clinical and Therapeutic Neuroscience program, where I aim to delve deeper into clinical research and understand how basic science can be translated into patient therapies. This knowledge will be pivotal in enabling me to pursue a career as a physician-scientist, blending patient care with the latest research insights to treat complex neuropsychiatric disorders.

At Green Templeton, I aspire to actively engage with the college community and build connections with students and professionals who share an interest in healthcare and research.
