Sophia Shieh

MSc in Education and Child Development, 2022

I am currently a MSc student in Education (Child Development and Education) and I received my BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College in the U.S. with three minors in Medical Humanities, Philosophy, and Leadership in Higher Education and Community Settings. I’m interested in a wide range of topics, including complex trauma, trauma-informed services, attachment, foster care and adoption, personality disorders, medical humanities and psychological humanities, psychotherapy process and outcomes, social justice framework, peer movement, and access to healthcare services.

I’ve lived in Taiwan, Singapore, and the U.S. growing up, and I am always excited to meet new people and see where life takes me next.
