Henrietta Jowitt

Henrietta Jowitt is an Associate Fellow and member of the Principal’s Circle at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford.

Henrietta is an alumna of then-Templeton College and a senior business leader with more than 20 years’ experience in driving growth and transformation. She was Deputy Director General (Commercial) of the Confederation of British Industry from 2016 to 2021.

Henrietta is currently focusing on her two nonexecutive director roles and providing strategic advice to a not-for-profit mental health charity. She intends to take up a CEO role with an interesting growth or change agenda where ESG will be a core component part of the overall strategy and plans.
