Dr Radhika Chadha
Dr Radhika Chadha is Co-Director of Clinical Medicine and a Governing Body Fellow at Green Templeton College (GTC), University of Oxford.
As a Senior Doll Fellow at GTC she also holds the positions of:
- Co-Chair of the Medical Teaching Subcommittee
- Member of Academic Committee
- Member of the Management in Medicine Steering Committee
Her responsibilities within the college include:
- Overseeing all aspects of teaching for the clinical medical students
- Leading the team of Doll Tutorial Fellows and Teaching Associates in GTC to deliver the Medical Teaching Programme
- Lead for all surgical teaching (theoretical and practical)
- Academic and professional support
- Pastoral care
Radhika completed her medical degree at the University of Oxford (St Catherineβs College) and was subsequently appointed to a run-through NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship to pursue her research and higher surgical training in General Surgery. She is currently based at Oxford University Hospitals.
Additionally, Radhika is passionate about global surgery and medical education at all levels. She has over ten yearsβ experience of teaching students at the University of Oxford and Cambridge Medical Schools and has won prestigious awards from both for her outstanding leadership skills and commitment to teaching.
