Application process
We are looking for participants who are motivated to apply their learning in their own workplace, and have a strong capacity for self-awareness. Selection will place an emphasis on the following two questions:
- How do you see yourself applying the skills and knowledge gained from this programme? Please provide specific aims and any challenges you anticipate. (200 words max)
- Briefly reflect upon a time when you were unable to lead in the way you wanted or were unable to make progress with a challenging issue. How has your approach changed based on this experience? (200 words max)
Participants usually spend 1-2 hours per week working on their learning on top of attending the programme workshops. Due to the time required, it is probably not suitable for those already involved in or about to embark upon other academic programmes.
