Bio

Hi! I’m Junaid Hameed, and as I write this, I am about to start FY1 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, in 2024. I was at GTC for clinical school from 2021-2024, and was at Trinity College from 2018-2021 before that.
I had a great time at GTC and benefited from the wide-ranging support and expertise the alumni network has to offer, so very happy to pay that forward in any way that I can – now, and going forward in my career!
As of now, I’m interested in pursuing internal medicine training (IMT), so feel free to get in touch with me to find out about how that is going/may have changed as I begin my first jobs in the NHS. Besides that, I’m happy to be contacted otherwise for teaching, advice, or for an informal chat about anything!
