Scottish-born sports journalist Chris McHardy moved to the Middle East in 2010. He is head of sport at the Arabian Radio Network in the UAE, as well as co-host of top-rated sports show, Off Script. He launched and presented the Robbie Fowler Podcast and has interviewed footballing legends including Diego Maradona, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jurgen Klopp, Thierry Henry, Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher. Chris will share his uniquely informed perspective on all the ways foreign journalists are likely to get it wrong while reporting on the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
