‘This event was a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that celebrate cultural heritage and foster meaningful dialogue. From the thoughtfully curated menu to the heartfelt and original Haudenosaunee address, every aspect of the evening reflected the values we hold dear as a modern, inclusive college, blending pragmatism with tradition.

We are immensely grateful to the EDI Forum for supporting such events that honour Indigenous voices and ensure that all voices are heard. This dinner was a powerful reminder of how we strengthen solidarity, foster understanding, and maintain our college as a safe space for everyone to express themselves.

A special thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making this event such a resounding success. Through events like these, we aim to amplify Indigenous voices, foster awareness, and inspire others to join us in building a more inclusive and compassionate community. As the GCR, we are always open to new ideas and collaborations to further our shared mission of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Let’s continue this journey together.’
