13 Norham Gardens

Green Templeton College has three flats available at 13 Norham Gardens, which is home to the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism.

Each flat has a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing & drying machine. A kettle and toaster is also included. We do ask new residents to bring their own crockery, cooking equipment and utensils. Mattress protectors are provided on the beds but you will need to bring your own bed linen. Bedding Packs (duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase and fitted sheet) can be ordered at the time of booking, charges apply.

We do not offer a cleaning service in these flats, it is the tenants responsibility.

Rents

Rents from 1 August 2026:

• Two bedroom flat plus outside area: £1,610 per month
• One bedroom flat: £1,280 per month
• Studio flat: £1,225 per month

Rents do not include gas and electricity.

Please note that there is no parking available at this property and residents are not eligible to apply for on street parking provided by the local council.

Council tax

Council tax may be due unless all the adult residents are students or have no rights to work or benefits in the UK (then you may be exempt from council tax). Check the rules on council tax
