Green Templeton has several self-contained houses available on Observatory Street. Observatory Street runs adjacent to the main college grounds.

Green Templeton Houses On Observatory Street

Our houses located in Observatory Street are extremely popular with families and couples. They are self-contained with their own front door, rear lawned garden, and easy access into college.

Each house has a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing and drying machine. A kettle and toaster is also included. We do provide a range of basic cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils along with pots and pans in each house. Mattress protectors are provided on the beds but you will need to bring your own bed linen. Bedding Packs (duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase and fitted sheet) can be ordered at the time of booking, charges apply.

We do not offer a cleaning service in the houses, it is the tenant’s responsibility.

Rents

Rents from 1 August 2026:

1 and 3 Observatory Street, £2,670 per month

  • 3 bedrooms
  • Extended and renovated, in very good condition

4 and 9 Observatory Street, £2,120 per month

  • 3 bedrooms

5 and 6 Observatory Street, £1,960 per month

  • 2 bedrooms
  • Renovated and in very good condition

7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 Observatory Street, £1,850 per month

  • 2 bedrooms

Please note that rents do not include gas and electricity.

Council tax

Council tax may be due unless all the adult residents are students or have no rights to work or benefits in the UK (then you may be exempt from council tax). Check the rules on council tax here.
