Small Boat bookings

Before any outing in a small boat, it must:

1. Be booked using the online booking system (GTBC/Hertford Small Boats Google Calendar). Request to the online booking system can be requested from the squad captains or president.
2. Scheduled on the training schedule in the appropriate place (either in the weekly schedule or on a dedicated small boats tab – please confirm with squad captains how they would like small boat outings to be scheduled).
