Bálint Pataki

Master of Public Policy, 2022

I grew up in Budapest, Hungary and then went on to study in Bosnia and Herzegovina and The Netherlands. After graduating from Leiden University College with a degree in Public Policy and Economics, I joined KPMG’s public policy advisory practice in Budapest.

I contributed to consulting projects aimed at innovating economic, sustainability and AI policies in the European Union and the UK. Based on my experience as a Public Policy Analyst, I found that I could be of good service to governments and their constituents by specialising in emerging technology and labour market policy.

At the Blavatnik School, I hope to further develop some of the key skills and subject knowledge necessary to tackle complex multi-stakeholder policy challenges in these fields.
