TECT Clarendon Scholarship

Caitlin is a DPhil Management Student who holds the TECT Clarendon Scholarship Caitlin spent a decade working in the nonprofit sector, tackling challenges such as polarisation, racism and decolonising the Canadian legal system. She holds a Master’s in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master’s in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge.

Caitlin has built her career at the intersection of social innovation research and practice, motivated by a desire to find solutions to issues that divide us. Through the DPhil, she aims to bring these two experiences together to explore how peacebuilding theory can inform collaboration and management practice, helping organisations address urgent global challenges more effectively.

Caitlin chose to join Green Templeton College because of its strong commitment to social purpose, interdisciplinarity and community which are values that closely align with her own. She particularly appreciates the college’s warm and inclusive atmosphere and its encouragement of conversations that bridge disciplines and perspectives.
