Chunlei Leo Li

MSc Teacher Education, 2022

My name is Chunlei Leo and I am excited to pursue my MSc in Teacher Education at Oxford. I have been working for 17 years as an both English and Chinese language teacher as well as a teacher educator, a tutor, a mentor, a line manager, a SLT member, and a range of posts in both university and school-based education in both China and the UK, I have really found that I have always been fascinated by the work I have been doing as a teacher and a teacher educator and the amount of impact that it has on teachers’ growth and professional development and on the high quality learning outcomes for students.

At Oxford, I pretty much looking forward to expanding my research of teacher education, educational leadership and the impacts on students’ outcomes and educational development.
Outside class, I love doing sports (especially running and badminton), cooking, and meeting friends. I would love to get involved in many activities, to meet new friends, and try something new. Please feel free to touch base! It would be amazing to meet you all in our vibrant community of GTC and Oxford.
