I have a deep passion for financial inclusion and education, with a particular focus on vulnerable populations, including forcibly displaced people and refugees. Before joining Blavatnik for my MPP studies, I was a part of the Forced Displacement team at IFC as an investment consultant leading two projects focused on providing financial access to refugees in Uganda and Kenya. I also worked as an investment analyst in IFC’s Financial Institutions Group for five years, covering multiple countries in Latin America and Africa. My undergraduate degree is in Finance Administration from Tecnologico de Monterrey (Mexico). I am looking to design high-impact policies to provide opportunities for vulnerable populations to become self-reliant, and I know the MPP will be invaluable in that direction.
