Theo joins Green Templeton as a Joan Doll Scholar, pursuing an MSc in Environmental Change and Management. He holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and an MA in Development Studies. Before coming to Oxford, Theo worked for the UN Environment Programme, supporting Global Environment Facility (GEF)-funded programmes on chemicals and waste.

Theo’s research interests include climate adaptation in humanitarian contexts (e.g., adaptive social protection), strategic foresight, environmental governance and climate justice.

In his spare time, he serves as a board member for MoMark, a mental health charity in London, and as a host for The New Normal, a charity providing peer support to bereaved adults. He also runs his own podcast, Life After, where he speaks to young adults about their experiences with grief.
