Dining
Green Templeton College is proud of its reputation for providing a high level of service and outstanding cuisine.
The 18th Century Radcliffe Observatory is at the heart of the college and is the location for our dining and common rooms. Renowned for its food, a dining experience at Green Templeton is a truly memorable experience.
From simple sandwich lunches to elegant formal dining, we have menus and wines to suit every taste. Our catering team create superb dishes made from quality ingredients, presented with care and artistic flair.
The Dining Hall is situated in a lovely octagonal room on the ground floor of the Observatory and can accommodate up to 60 diners.Β An adjacent room, the Grzeslo Room, is available for smaller dinners of up to 12 people. The two rooms may be combined to provide seating for 72 diners.
There is also a Common Room on the first floor of the Observatory that can be hired for pre-dinner drinks and post-dinner coffee, tea and chocolates.
In the lobby area before entering the dining room we have provided hooks to hang coats and bags.
Our tables in the dining room are bespoke to fit within the room and are therefore unable to be moved.
Accessibility
Please notify us if any guest has a mobility issue, as a ramp can be placed over the steps at the entrance to the Observatory. There is no lift access to the first floor Common Room.
Toilets are on the ground floor (including disabled facilities).
