Dr David Cloete

Dr David Cloete is a Teaching Associate at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford. He is a Consultant at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and works in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit.

He is the lead for emergency point of care ultrasound, and the training he setup in the Trust was awarded by the Critical Care Society.

David specialised at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, sits on various education committees and continues to train colleagues across the globe. He holds masters degrees in his fields, as well as a medical simulation and education qualification through Edinburgh University.

He is a passionate and experienced lecturer, instructor and examiner, and in his spare time enjoys dog walks, travelling, scuba diving, cooking and a good coffee.
