Frayn Blaxter Award3 (002) Professor Keith Frayn is an Emeritus Fellow of Green Templeton College and Emeritus Professor of Human Metabolism at the University of Oxford. His work covers the interface between metabolism and nutrition, and as well as his popular textbook, Human Metabolism: a Regulatory Perspective (4th edn, with R.D. Evans, Wiley 2019), he has written books aimed more at the general public
