Dr Mary McMenamin
Dr Mary McMenamin is a Research Fellow and Deputy Dean of Degrees at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford. Mary is a Lecturer in the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics, in Pre-Clinical Medicine and Biomedical Science with a research interest in Gene Therapy in the Brain.
Green Templeton’s Governing Body has elected Dr Mary McMenamin as University Assessor for the assessorial year 2027/28.
Mary attends Governing Body as a representative for the Research Fellows. She chairs the Research Student presentations for the Research Fellows and organises and chairs the Research Fellow presentations for Research Students. In addition, she contributes to the organisation of other activities for the Research Fellows. She has previously served on Academic Committee and the Common Room Committee at and is currently on the Wine Committee and a co-organiser of the Book Club.
She has a BSc and PhD in Biological Sciences from Queen’s University Belfast and a Diploma in Computing and a Diploma in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from the University of Oxford.
