About the event

Have you ever wondered how to have a medical career that leaves you happy and healthy, particularly in health care systems that are uncertain, ever changing, and highly pressured? If so, please join us for a two-hour workshop that will focus on how to build a sustainable career path in medicine. Led by Professor Timothy Hoff, this workshop will review what career sustainability really means and how it can be achieved for doctors generally and yourself on a personal level. Through self-reflective dialogue and hands-on exercises that identify your personal motivational potential, resilience capabilities, and specific career preferences, workshop participants will gain an informed understanding of how they can better assess and make the right career choices for themselves moving forward.
