Gala dinner to mark the 40th Anniversary of Templeton College
Saturday 21 September 2024 19:00About
2024 marks 40 years since the founding of Templeton College and as part of this year’s university-wide alumni Meeting Minds weekend we are delighted to be celebrating this milestone in the history of business, management and leadership education at the University of Oxford by hosting a gala dinner at Green Templeton College.
We will be joined by special guests, including past presidents of Templeton College along with current and former fellows.
As part of the wider celebrations across the Meeting Minds weekend in September, we will be hosting a number of events including a tour of Egrove Park, a panel discussion on The Templeton Legacy: 40 Years of Shaping Leaders for the Future, and an alumnus book signing and lecture. More information
The weekend will allow you the opportunity to reconnect with your fellow alumni, and reminisce about your Templeton College experience. As part of the celebrations we are planning a small gallery of old Templeton photos in the marquee, so please send us copies of any pictures you have so we can share your memories.

We are delighted to announce Green Templeton’s Community & Giving Week, taking place from 20–26 June 2026🥳
Throughout the week, we’ll be raising funds for student support while celebrating our wonderful community. There will be opportunities to volunteer you time to help our students, take part in college competitions and unlock additional funds through community challenges.
Early giving is now open, and thanks to a group of generous supporters, we have £20,000 to match donations ahead of 20 June.
