About the event
Understanding, let alone navigating, health organisations can be a daunting task. What might at first glance seem a rational, structured and scientific organisation can rapidly become a complex, interconnected and intricate labyrinth. How can we make sense of health organisations? And how can we navigate them successfully to achieve positive patient outcomes?
In this seminar, we will use organisational metaphors to enable us to think about organisations in different ways. We will consider what this means for how you get work done, how you relate to others and how you lead organisations successfully in the future.
