Rewley Abbey Court
Green Templeton College’s accommodation at Rewley Abbey Court comprises of 47 self-contained flats within walking distance of the main college site.
These flats are located in Rewley Road; in close proximity to the Saïd Business School and Oxford Train Station. They are extremely popular with families and sharers or for students who would like their own space.
The flats were built in the 1980s, and have been undergoing a refurbishment programme with the final phase for flats 25 to 33 scheduled to begin July 2026.
They are self-contained with their own front door. Each flat has a kitchen with a fridge freezer oven, hob, microwave kettle and toaster. The college supplies kitchen equipment in all these flats. Mattress protectors are provided on the beds, which are a standard UK double in the 1 bedroom flats and the large single rooms. The bed is a standard UK single in the medium single rooms. You will need to bring your own bed linen. Bedding Packs (duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase and fitted sheet) can be ordered at the time of booking, charges apply.
We offer 1.5 hours of cleaning per term. Additional cleaning is the tenant’s responsibility.
Laundry facilities are available on site, where charges apply.

Rents
Rents from 1 August 2026:
- One-bedroom flats: £1,540 per month.
- Medium single rooms in shared flat: £900 per month.
- Large single rooms in shared flat: £1,035 per month.
- Two-bedroom flat for families: £1,870 per month.
- Two-bedroom flat with outside space (Flat 44) £1,920 per month.
Please note these rents do not include gas and electricity.
