GCR Benefits 2026

The Graduate Common Room Committee receive some benefits from the college. For academic year 2026/27 they are as follows for different roles.

President

• Five free lunches/supper per week
• One additional free dinner per term on top of the standard student allowance
• Thank you dinner
• Priority in the room ballot and additional year in college accommodation

GCR Committee Executive

• Three free lunches/supper per week
• One additional free dinner per term on top of the standard student allowance (excludes themed or special guest nights)
• Thank you dinner
• Priority for places in GCR-organised events, such as Burns Night and Student Exchanges
• Additional year in college accommodation

Other Committee Members

• One free lunch/supper per week
• Thank you dinner
• Priority for places in GCR-organised events, such as Burns Night and Student Exchanges
• Additional year in college accommodation
