Alumni and Development
Welcome to the Green Templeton alumni community
As a student here, you’re not just joining a college, you’re becoming part of a global alumni community. The alumni engagement and development team is here to help you make the most of that community. We’re an expanding team, and our goal is to create more meaningful opportunities for you to connect with alumni, both during your studies and long after you graduate. Our alumni network is full of people who are happy to help, whether that’s offering career advice, sharing insights, or opening doors.
During your time at Green Templeton, you’ll start to see more ways to connect with our alumni:
- GCR Collaboration: We work closely with the GCR to bring alumni and students together for talks, socials, and networking events.
- Alumni Connections: If you’re looking for advice, insights, or professional contacts, we can introduce you to alumni with relevant experience.
- Medical Alumni Network: Medical students can tap into a dedicated group of alumni who offer mentoring, guidance, and support throughout your training.
- New opportunities coming soon: We’re growing the number of ways you can meet and learn from alumni, so keep an eye out for new events and programmes launching this year.
Once you graduate, you’ll become part of a global alumni network that keeps you connected through:
- Regular communications: Newsletters, College updates, and invitations to events.
- Events worldwide: From Oxford to London and beyond, our event programme brings alumni together across the globe.
- Regional Alumni Chapters: These give you a local network wherever life takes you. Current chapters include ASEAN & Hong Kong, London, Malaysia, Oceania, and Oxfordshire, and we’re adding more groups. Each group has its own LinkedIn network you can join to stay in touch and hear about local opportunities.
We’re here to support you from your first days at Green Templeton and throughout your journey. Come and visit us in Fellowship House (1st Floor) or reach out any time at alumni@gtc.ox.ac.uk to find out how we can help you connect.
