Ahmed Alshorafa

Master of Business Administration, 2026

I was born and raised in Dubai and studied Communication at the American University in Dubai (AUD). I have 4.5 years of experience in banking, having worked in Private Banking at Citi and Corporate Banking at FAB. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in client management, relationship building, and financial services.

Outside of my professional career, I was a national team sprinter, competing in the 100m and 200m. Being an athlete taught me discipline, resilience, and consistency, qualities that continue to shape my approach to work and life.

At Oxford, I am pursuing new perspectives through an international and diverse environment. Outside of work and academics, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, discovering different cultures, and trying new things.
